A Saudi Arabian man was arrested Tuesday in Paris, France, in the 2018 slaying of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Khalid Aedh al-Otaibi was arrested attempting to board a flight from Paris to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, according to French authorities.
