The browser has just reached another major version
Mozilla has just released another big update for Firefox, as the browser has therefore reached version 97 on all the support desktop platforms. The biggest change in this update is the addition of new goodies for Windows 11 users, as Mozilla says it has added support for the new style of scrollbars in this operating system. In other words, Firefox will play even nicer with Windows 11, as it now aligns with the rest of the operating system much easier, while also using the UI improvements that are bundled with it. macOS users are also getting additional polishing, as Mozilla says it has included a series of system font loading improvements, so new tabs should launch faster.
