Ukraine will not sell its gas and coal abroad, but will save it for domestic use, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. According to Zelensky, the prices of utilities for citizens will be almost the same as before the war. However, for Ukrainians “this will be the most difficult winter of all the years of independence,” Zelensky said. Nearly 15 million Ukrainians will need psychological support due to the war in the country, according to Ukraine’s Health Minister Viktor Liashko. About 3 to 4 million people will need medical treatment. Ukraine exchanged 50 bodies of fallen Russian soldiers for 50 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers – 37 of them were defenders of the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol. More than 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers who recently surrendered in Mariupol will be transported to Russia for “investigation,” according to Russian state-run news agency TASS.
