Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, officially released a debut single titled „Lock&Key“ under the name Lolahol.
The 25-year-old model and dancer released the song and music video on Wednesday with Chemical X, the record label owned and operated by Eartheater, an experimental artist and co-producer of the song. The song was also produced by Samuel Burgess and Hara Kiri.
Lolahol’s new single is a fresh, neon, synthetic tone with sped-up jungle beats that accompany Leon’s airy, siren-like vocals, which pairs well with the kind of music Leon has previously shared that she enjoys listening to.
In the music video, which was also directed by Eartheater, Leon takes viewers through the outer edges of New York, hanging out of a moving car and spending time in a cemetery before the video ends on a beach.
