This controller will allow you to replace the stick modules, swap out the stick caps and back buttons, and tweak stick sensitivity and trigger travel.
Sony is preparing to launch a new PS5 controller with a focus on customization. It’s called the DualSense Edge, and will no doubt draw comparisons with Microsoft’s Xbox Elite controllers.
The DualSense Edge wireless controller will offer customization options both to the hardware directly and through software. On the hardware side, you’ll be able to swap out the stick caps for a choice between standard, high dome, and low dome caps. The back buttons are also swappable, with half-dome and lever options, and the stick modules can be replaced if you find they are wearing out from heavy use.
