Xbox Game Pass confirms three games that are leaving the service later this month, including one of the service’s highest-rated titles.
Xbox Game Pass is losing at least three games in July 2023, including the critically-acclaimed Spelunky 2. While it’s true that Microsoft is constantly adding new games to the Xbox Game Pass lineup, games are removed from the service on a regular basis as well. Typically, Xbox Game Pass games are removed on two distinct days: the 15th of each month and the last day of each month.
It’s always a bummer whenever games are removed from the Xbox Game Pass lineup, but the good news is Microsoft usually gives subscribers plenty of advanced notice so they can prioritize playing the games leaving the service. The full list of games getting removed from Xbox Game Pass are usually announced alongside the list of new games that are being added.
