A 29-year-old man convicted of an attempted murder when he was 15 was charged Friday with a fatal shooting outside a liquor store in Santa Ana, according to court records.
Manuel Chairezcampos Jr. was charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon, both felonies, and faces sentencing enhancements for the discharge of a firearm causing death and committing an offense while out on bail for another alleged crime, according to court records.
