Google is celebrating its 25th birthday, as well as the 15th anniversary of its Chrome web browser. To mark the occasion, Chrome will receive a new look on desktop, with refreshed icons and colour palettes. The browser will also have improved integration with operating systems and a more comprehensive menu for faster access to extensions and other features.
Google will officially celebrate its 25th birthday later this month. Apart from this, the company’s one of the most successful products, Chrome web browser, is also celebrating its 15th anniversary. Launched as the beta version for Windows XP in 2008, it has covered a long distance and is now getting a makeover.“Chrome is turning 15 this month. And while a lot has changed over the last 15 years, our original goal still holds true — to build a browser that’s fast, reliable, secure and easy to use.
