The song GODS from the Korean girl group NewJeans is the Worlds 2023 anthem and it is a fitting song for the League of Legends World Championship.
Riot Games and Korean girl group NewJeans have unveiled GODS, the new anthem for the League of Legends World Championship.
GODS is available now on streaming platforms and YouTube, where you can also watch the music video to go along with it. The song will be used throughout the League of Legends World Championship, and there will no doubt be a live performance at some point during the competition.
The song, on first listen, appears to be an excellent fit for Worlds, giving off some incredible hype moments as well as some slower parts that will no doubt be synced up to some amazing highlight packages throughout the competition.
It doesn’t immediately reach the heights of some previous Worlds anthems, but that could just be down to the fact that we all listened to each of the previous songs hundreds of times.
