A tab in England, a tab in France, even a tab in Canada perchance.
Mozilla has married two of its privacy-focused tools: Multi-Account Containers and Mozilla VPN. The company released the Multi-Account Containers add-on for its Firefox browser in 2016. The premise is simple: People often have multiple accounts for a service, and rather than forcing them to use different browsers or constantly switch between those accounts, the add-on lets Firefox users keep cookies saved by one tab separate from cookies saved by other tabs. By combining the container concept with its VPN, Mozilla says it’s „adding an extra layer of privacy by protecting your browsing activity and enabling you to set a different exit server in a different location for each of your containers.
