Відзначимо, що в зараз у провадженні під процесуальним керівництвом прокуратури області знаходиться кримінальне провадження, відкрите в 2016 році, за фактом привласнення посадовими особами Запорізького виробничого алюмінієвого комбінату майна підприємства. За даними прокуратури, підприємство отримало збиток в особливо великих розмірах, в сумі понад 5 млн грн.
Запорізький виробничий алюмінієвий комбінат – підприємство металургійної промисловості України. Займається виробництвом алюмінію. Генеральним директором комбінату є чоло Дмитро Валентинович.

Xiaomi Mi Note 3 Rumours: Live Stream, UK Price, Release Date & Specs

A new Mi Note 3 will be announced on Monday. We outline what to expect, including the UK price, specs and launch date, as well as how you can follow the Mi Note 3 launch live.
In November 2016 the Mi Note 2’s launch announcement was entirely overshadowed by the revolutionary Mi Mix – something we could see once again this Monday as Xiaomi prepares to unveil updates to both handsets in the same launch event. On 11 September it will announce both the Mi Mix 2 and Mi Note 3.
That’s a shame, because the Mi Note line is worthy of consumer attention. Better value than UK flagships, but with a gorgeous design and the same powerful performance and features, the Mi Note sits at the top of Xiaomi’s line-up for a reason.
Though the Mi Note 3 will be announced on Monday 11 September, it is unlikely to ship until later in the month.
This announcement comes earlier than we had expected, given that the Mi Note 2 was announced in November 2016.
We know that Xiaomi is holding a special event on Monday 11 September at 2pm UTC+08, which is 7am in the UK.
The event is scheduled to go on for three hours, and we don’t expect there to be a live stream.
You’ll instead be able to follow live updates from the product launch on Facebook and Twitter. But we’ve always found the MIUI Forums a much better source of information.
We will also be updating this page with full details of the new phone on Monday morning.
The Mi Note 3 will not be officially available in the UK, though you will be able to import it from GearBest which is already listing its product page for the upcoming phone.
When going down this route you will need to accept that your consumer rights are different in China to they are in the UK, and that you will be liable to pay import duty which is calculated at 20 percent of the value on the shipping paperwork plus an admin fee of around £11.
At launch the Mi Note 2 cost CNY 2,799 (around £330) in its entry-level form. But prices are always higher from Chinese importers, though typically still cheaper than UK flagships.
GearBest is currently listing a price of £623.62 on its product page, though we are almost certain this will come down in price when the phone actually becomes available.
Very little is known about the specification of the upcoming Mi Note 3, and that’s not surprising when all eyes are on the Mi Mix 2. However, Xiaomi phone updates are often incremental.
For example, this year’s Mi 6 (of which the Mi Note 3 will likely be a larger version) had very few design tweaks over the Mi 5. There’s a new dual-camera (one with a wide-angle f/1.8 lens and the other a f/2.6 telephoto lens) , a splashproof body and a move from the standard 3.5mm headphone jack to USB-C audio – all changes we expect to also see in the new Mi Note 3.
The dual-camera is clearly visible in this teaser posted on Weibo, which reveals the Mi Note 3 in black and blue colour options (GearBest is currently listing gold, black and silver options only) :
Core hardware will likely be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with Adreno 540 and 6GB of RAM, and we’d anticipate 64- and 128GB storage options. The Mi Note 3 will likely also feature a 5.7in full-HD display, 4,000mAh battery and run MIUI 9.0.
In common with all Xiaomi phones, unless a Global version is announced the Mi Note 3 will not support the 800MHz LTE frequency (Band 20) , which in the UK is the only LTE band used by O2, GiffGaff and Sky Mobile. Users on networks that support 2100MHz or 2600MHz LTE (Bands 3 and 7) will still be able to receive LTE connectivity.

Poolworks ist pleite: Der Betreiber der sozialen Netzwerke StudiVZ und MeinVZ hat einen Antrag auf Eröffnung des Insolvenzverfahrens gestellt. Das Amtsgerichts Berlin-Charlottenburg hat laut einer Mitteilung vom Freitag den Rechtsanwalt Jesko Stark zum vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalter bestellt. Hintergrund sind offenbar offene Forderungen der Finanzbehörden.
Das Unternehmen bestätigte die Insolvenz am Freitag und bezeichnete die Entwicklung als „sehr überraschend“. Der Betrieb solle fortgeführt werden, StudiVZ und MeinVZ bleiben vorerst am Netz. Im Insolvenzverfahren solle Poolworks nun restrukturiert werden mit dem Ziel, die VZ-Gruppe langfristig zu erhalten.
Poolworks war im Frühjahr von dem US-Unternehmen Momentous Entertainment Group (MMEG) übernommen worden, dessen Aktien als Penny-Stocks auf dem weitgehend unregulierten Over-the-Counter-Markt (OTC) gehandelt werden. Nach der Übernahme will MMEG sein Geschäftsmodell auf den Betrieb der sozialen Netzwerke sowie die Werbe- und Contentvermarktung auf diesen Plattformen ausrichten.
MMEG hatte für Poolworks mit Optionen auf Vorzugsaktien bezahlt, die bei Fälligkeit einen Nennwert von 10 Millionen US-Dollar haben sollen. Noch Ende August hatte das Unternehmen mitgeteilt, Poolworks und die zwei VZ-Netzwerke neu aufbauen zu wollen. Die neue Plattform werde voraussichtlich Anfang 2018 starten können.
„Leider konnte sich die amerikanischen Gesellschafter noch nicht mit dem Finanzamt über die Rückzahlung einer Summe einigen, sodass daraufhin die Insolvenz angemeldet werden musste“, erklärt Poolworks den Weg zum Amtsgericht. Insolvenzverwalter Stark zeigte sich gegenüber Gründerszene „zuversichtlich, dass der Betrieb weitergehen kann“. Seinen Angaben zufolge arbeiten derzeit noch sieben Mitarbeiter für die Netzwerke.
MMEG hatte eigenen Angaben zufolge im vergangenen Jahr eine Investitionszusage über drei Millionen US-Dollar von einem Investor erhalten. Das Unternehmen selbst erzielt aus dem laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb keine nennenswerten Einnahmen. Laut dem jüngsten Jahresbericht verzeichnet MMEG für das Jahr 2016 einen Umsatz von 2501 US-Dollar bei einem Verlust von 1,8 Millionen US-Dollar.
StudiVZ und seine späteren Ableger wurden als Facebook-Klon von einem Team um CEO Ehssan Dariani in Berlin gegründet. In ihrer besten Zeit hatten die Plattformen der VZ Netzwerke fast 17 Millionen registrierte Nutzer. 2007 übernahm der Holtzbrinck-Verlag die Mehrheit an dem Unternehmen. Nach Facebooks Eintritt auf den deutschen Markt stieg Holtzbrinck wieder aus und verkaufte StudiVz und MeinVZ an Vert Capital, das die VZ-Netzwerke in Poolworks umfirmierte. (vbr)

В 2018 році ЗНО з іноземної мови вперше буде двох рівнів складності

З наступного року в ЗНО з англійської, іспанської, німецької та французької мов вводяться тести двох рівнів складності: В1 і В2. Останні новини від УНІАН за 08 вересня.
Крім цього, тести включатимуть частину „Розуміння мови на слух“: прослуховування звукових фрагментів і виконання завдань до них. Про це йдеться в наказі Міністерства освіти і науки, який набирає чинності 8 вересня 2017 року.
Рівень В2 (або просунутий – Vantage) передбачає, що людина розуміє основні ідеї тексту як на конкретну, так і на абстрактну тему, у тому числі й дискусії за фахом. Може вільно спілкуватися з носіями мови. Може чітко, детально висловитись на широке коло тем, виражати свою думку з певної проблеми, наводячи різноманітні аргументи за і проти.
Тест рівня В2 складатимуть випускники 2018 року, які зараховуватимуть результат ЗНО з іноземної мови як оцінку за державну підсумкову атестацію та вивчали цю мову на профільному рівні.
ЗНО-2018 проходитиме з 22 травня до 14 липня з 11 предметів: українська мова і література, історія України, математика, біологія, географія, фізика, хімія, англійська мова, іспанська, німецька або французька мови.
Кожен зареєстрований учасник має право скласти тести щонайбільше з чотирьох навчальних предметів.
Випускникам шкіл результати ЗНО з трьох предметів зараховуватимуться як результати державної підсумкової атестації. Ці учасники мають обов’ язково скласти: українську мову і літературу; математику або історію України (на вибір) ; ще один предмет з переліку (історія України, математика, біологія, географія, фізика, хімія, англійська мова, іспанська мова, німецька мова, французька мова) .
Зміст тестів відповідатиме програмам ЗНО, затвердженим наказом Міністерства освіти і науки від 03.02.2016 № 77.
Окрім випускників шкіл, 2018 року ЗНО з української мови і літератури проходитимуть учні (слухачі, студенти) професійно-технічних, вищих навчальних закладів, які в 2018 році здобудуть повну загальну середню освіту.
Таким учасникам результати тестування зараховуватимуться як оцінки за державну підсумкову атестацію для їхнього атестату про повну загальну середню освіту.

The hugely popular Apple Music Festival made it 10 years, after starting life as the iTunes Festival back in 2006. The festival was free for those who have an Apple Music subscription, with users applying for tickets for the various acts via the Apple Music website. Last year’s Apple Music Festival took place over 10 nights and included artists like Britney Spears and Robbie Williams.
The festival took place for 10 days between Sunday 18 September 2016 and Tuesday 30 September 2016, with one headline act per night at around 9pm.
Only those local to London were able to physically go along to the Apple Music Festival – but what about everybody else? Apple didn’t forget about fans around the world. The company live-streamed every performance from the Festival, which was available to everybody who subscribed to Apple Music. Users of the three-month free trial to Apple Music could also access the live stream.
The stream was viewable on an iPhone or iPad running iOS 9.2.2 or later, or fourth-gen AppleTVs. It was also available on PC and Mac using iTunes (version 12.4 or later) , and on Android using the Apple Music app (version 1.1) .

Sheen stars in a new movie about the tragedy, „9/11.“
Charlie Sheen apologized to anyone he offended with the 9/11 truther comments he made over a decade ago — but didn’t entirely denounce his skepticisms about what transpired that day.
The actor stars in a new drama about the tragedy, „9/11, “ which arrived in theaters on Friday. His casting in the film inspired widespread criticism leading up to its release, considering Sheen infamously speculated in 2006 that it was actually a „controlled demolition“ that brought the Twin Towers down.
Sheen, 52, did not do much press for the new movie, but finally addressed those truther remarks in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday.
„I know I got lot of heat for the opinions I had that weren’t just my own, “ Sheen told the outlet in an article published Friday. „I was not just coming up with stuff about 9/11. I was parroting those a lot smarter and a lot more experienced than myself, who had very similar questions.
„If I offended anyone, I apologize and if I inspired anyone, then so be it.“
Sheen originally expressed his skepticisms about 9/11 during a 2006 radio interview with conservative radio pundit Alex Jones.
„We’re not the conspiracy theorists on this issue, “ Sheen said at the time. „It seems to me like 19 amateurs with box cutters taking over four commercial airliners and hitting 75% of the targets — that feels like a conspiracy theory.“
He opted not to delve much deeper into those remarks in his new interview with THR, but seemed to suggest that some things still don’t add up to him.
„I am more about moving forward, “ Sheen said. „Not to put this behind us, because, as it was brilliantly written, we must never forget, but there are still a couple of things just rooted in simple physics that beg some measure of inquiry. I was in contact with a lot of family members and they were in concert with a lot of my questions.“
The film’s director, Martin Guigui, defended Sheen’s casting amid the controversy during a recent interview with the Daily News.
He said Sheen never addressed his past 9/11 remarks while he was on the set of the movie.
„I think everybody has known about those comments, “ Guigui told The News. „There are many people who have made comments along those lines over the years. I found out when everybody else did. But that was never something that affected my decision-making process.
„I see Charlie as an extraordinary talent, and I gotta tell you, when he came to the set, he inspired everybody and he rose to the occasion.“
The movie serves as a return to dramatic acting for Sheen, who is known more recently for his sitcoms „Two and a Half Men“ and „Anger Management.“
His new movie focuses on five fictional people who get trapped in the World Trade Center’s North Tower amid the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
„I saw it as an opportunity to do something dramatic, something I had not done in a long time, “ Sheen told THR. „And I also saw it as a possibility to deliver something focused on the people in a very specific event.“
The film also stars Whoopi Goldberg, Gina Gershon, Luis Guzman and Jacqueline Bisset.

Some Republicans, attending a closed door meeting Friday, were infuriated by the sales pitch for the deal, especially when Mnuchin told them to “vote for the debt ceiling for me, ” said Representative Mark Walker of North Carolina.
„The comments from the treasury secretary today were not helpful, ” said Representative Dave Brat of Virginia. “I found them to be intellectually insulting.“
The House later in the morning passed the deal brokered by Democrats and President Donald Trump to suspend the debt limit, keep the government open through Dec. 8 and provide $15.25 billion in aid to flood victims in Texas and other parts of the Gulf coast. The measure, already passed by the Senate, now goes to Trump for his signature.
Republicans also laughed at White House budget director Mick Mulvaney during his presentation. Several said it was ironic that Mulvaney, who as a Freedom Caucus member led several fights over the debt limit and pushed to shut down the government, pleaded with Republicans to pass the kind of measure he used to crusade against. One member even joked in the meeting that more Freedom Caucus members should be hired by the Office of Management and Budget so that their views would change too.
Republicans complained that Mnuchin only took a few questions and didn’ t provide satisfactory responses.
„One of the questions was, ‘What does the debt ceiling look like in December?’ and he could not answer that question, “ said Walker.
After the meeting, Mnuchin left the building quickly, answering one question from a reporter as he departed, saying that he asked the House GOP to raise the debt ceiling.

The top diplomats from China and Pakistan took swipes at President Trump’s newly unveiled Afghanistan policy on Friday as they called for new talks with the Taliban to resolve the 16-year conflict.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Beijing stood firmly behind its „ironclad friend“ Pakistan, even though „some countries“ did not give Islamabad the credit it deserved in fighting terrorism, a pointed reference to the U. S.
Pakistani Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif’s first trip abroad to Beijing this week appeared to highlight how ties between the two all-weather allies have grown even closer while Pakistan’s crucial relationship with the U. S. is disintegrating amid mutual recriminations and distrust.
Wang and Asif announced that China, Pakistan and Afghanistan will hold a new series of three-way talks later this year in China to push forward settlement negotiations with the Taliban while the U. S. doubles down on its military campaign.
Trump infuriated Pakistan last month when he accused Islamabad of providing extremists a haven and threatened to withhold military aid. He further raised alarms in Pakistan when he raised the prospect of recruiting archrival India into the U. S. strategy in Afghanistan.
U. S. officials said this week that $225 million in military aid for Pakistan have been suspended while about 3,500 additional troops will head to Afghanistan to reverse the Taliban’s battleground advances and gain leverage in negotiations.
„It’s our firm view that there is no military solution in Afghanistan, the focus should be on a politically negotiated settlement, “ Asif told reporters in Beijing. „China is playing a very constructive role in this regard.“
Pakistan has repeatedly rejected U. S. accusations that it is abetting groups such as the Taliban-linked Haqqani Network, a position that China has backed.
„The government and people of Pakistan have made huge sacrifices in the fight against terror for everyone to see, and the international community should recognize that, “ Wang said.
The two ministers presented a closely unified front just days after China handed Pakistan an unexpected diplomatic setback at the BRICS economic summit in Xiamen. On Monday, China joined several nations to declare the Pakistan-based militant groups Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad as terrorist organizations, in a move that was praised by India and the U. S.
Asif did not address the terror designation on Friday but was quoted by Pakistani media before arriving in Beijing as saying that it should not jeopardize bilateral ties. Rather, Pakistan should put its „house in order, “ he said.
