Police are asking for help identifying the person who shot and gravely wounded a young father along the Westpark Tollway last month just west of Houston.
The victim was Anh Tuan Nguyen, 31, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday. He was shot shortly before 3 a.m. May 13, near the 14100 block of Alief Clodine.
