Sega Genesis Classics is the latest in a long line of compilations to celebrate the games of the Sega Genesis and Mega Drive. This particular collection debuted on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in May, and now has a confirmed Nintendo Switch release date of December 7,2018.
In addition to 50 full games (listed below) the collection also features a range of modern conveniences including online multiplayer, in-game achievements, mirror modes, local co-op play using single Joy-Cons, save states, and, best of all, a rewind function for those tricky moments.
Here’s new trailer taking a closer look at some of the Switch-specific features.
