The Oscar-winning actor faces the charge after the son of former WCVB anchor Heather Unruh accused him of putting a hand down the then-18-year-old’s pants at an upscale bar on the island.
Unruh’s son told police in October 2017 that Spacey got him drunk at The Club Car after the teen’s work shift there in July 2016, according to police reports.
