Gökmen Tanis, 37, is the suspect police in Utrecht, Netherlands, are searching for in connection to a deadly mass shooting on a tram car. The attack happened around 10:45 a.m. local time on March 18,2019.
The mayor of Utrecht, Jan van Zanen, confirmed in a social media announcement that three victims were killed and at least nine others were injured.
