Ahead of the launch of the Realme X in China, India Today Tech caught up with Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth in New Delhi where he confirmed that the Realme X will be coming to India soon.
The Realme X is now official in China and it is the company’s big bet to break into a pretty competitive market. Considering Realme’s success in India, which is the biggest smartphone market in the world right now, we expect the company to create the same magic in China as well. The Realme X has all the makings to become a successful phone. It is packed to the brim with features, a lot of which define what a smartphone is supposed to be in 2019.
Ahead of the launch of the Realme X in China, I caught up with Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth in New Delhi where he confirmed that the Realme X will be coming to India soon. Now, we still don’t have an exact timeline for the launch of the Realme X in India, but by « soon » we expect it could happen by the end of this month or in June. Now that we know the official specs, it’s easy to see that the Realme X will slot above the Realme 3 Pro, but the difference in price is not expected to be too great.
When it comes to pricing its phones in India, Realme has taken a very Xiaomi-like approach and has offered devices at disruptive pricing.
