The 27-year-old was struck in the chest and taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Their vehicle was involved in a crash with another vehicle about 1:22 a.m. at 79th Street and Homan Avenue.
Glenn Taylor was last seen in the 6800 block of South Ridgeland Avenue on June 2.
