Suicide bombers set off two explosions Tuesday in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, killing at least three people and injuring more than 30 others. Three attackers, described as anti-government extremists, were also killed, police said. The attackers targeted the Ugandan parliament and police headquarters. “The bomb threats are still active, especially from suicide attackers,” police spokesman Fred Enanga said.
