Clippers’ Marcus Morris Sr. enters COVID-19 protocols

The veteran forward is the only member of the team currently affected ahead of Saturday’s game in Oklahoma City
Clippers forward Marcus Morris Sr. entered into the NBA’s COVID-19 health and safety protocols Saturday morning, according to the team. He’s the only member of the Clippers who was immediately affected by the league’s guidelines. The Clippers have a game this evening in Oklahoma City, where they’ll take on a Thunder team that has so far avoided having any players enter into the protocols. An increasing number of players around the NBA have been affected by COVID-19 this season, but before Morris, Nicolas Batum was the only other member of the Clippers – all of whom were vaccinated prior to the start of the season, according to Coach Tyronn Lue – who previously was impacted.
