The release of the PC port of The Last of Us Part I is receiving mostly negative reviews on Steam, with users complaining of optimization issues.
The PC version of The Last of Us Part I is being heavily criticized by gamers on Steam due to various performance issues. The highly acclaimed game was recently released by Iron Galaxy on March 28, 2023. However, the PC port is experiencing various issues ranging from optimization problems to game crashes that have left the game unplayable for some gamers.
The Last of Us Part I for PC is a remake of the 2013 action-adventure game that was developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The game follows Joel, a smuggler with the mission of escorting a teenage girl named Ellie across a post-apocalyptic United States. The second installment, The Last of Us Part II, won Game of the Year at the 2020 Game Awards and spawned an HBO TV series, which had the second-largest premiere audience for any HBO series, after House of the Dragon.
