The Serutabomac Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is located behind Hyrule Castle, almost in the center of Hyrule. It is north of Lookout Landing and its coordinates are (-0179, 1170, 0280).

The Serutabomac Shrine (The Way Up) consists of essentially three rooms, each blocked off by a giant wall with a small opening high off the ground. Players will have to make do with the materials lying around to get through each section, while the Ultrahand and Ascend abilities are the only tools necessary to complete the shrine.
The first room has a passageway in the middle of the wall with two pegs sticking out underneath and a square slab on the floor. Players must use the Ultrahand ability to raise the slab high enough that it is resting across the two pegs as a flat surface.
