Vivo launched the Vivo S17 series smartphones in China on May 2023. The series comprises Vivo S17, S17e, S17t and S17 Pro. The Vivo S17 series smartphones were initially tipped to launch as Vivo V29 series smartphones in the global markets. However, recent developments revealed that Vivo might tweak smartphones for the international markets.
Previously, a report revealed that Vivo might launch the V29 series smartphones in June in India. Since Vivo launched the Vivo V27 series smartphones in March 2023 in India, they might have delayed the launch of the V29 series smartphones.
