Lawyer Abbe Lowell, representing the first son, told the House Oversight and House Judiciary committees in a letter that Biden will comply if a new subpoena is issued under the « duly authorized impeachment inquiry. »
Biden had publicly snubbed Congress’ earlier subpoenas to appear to testify in the investigation of Joe Biden for possible impeachment. That investigation is based on a long list of issues and evidence supporting them, ranging from charges the family was running an influence peddling operation to sell access to Joe Biden to foreign nations, to that FBI document that alleges Joe and Hunter each got $5 million bribes from Ukrainian interests.
