Thomas Moss, 43, Blake Smith, 32, and Amanda Milsap, 45, from Lafayette, and Raylen Ferguson, 38, and Zenada Greer, 61, both of Lexington, Ky., and are in custody facing a litany of charges days after Tippecanoe County Judge Steven Meyer and Kim Meyer were shot through the door of their Lafayette house.
No motive has been given for the shooting — but Moss has an active case in Meyer’s court with counts that include domestic violence, intimidation and being a violent felon carrying a weapon, according to Indiana court records reviewed by the Journal & Courier.
