Goku’s used plenty of different Kamehamehas over the years, but these are the strongest.
He might not have invented the move, but the Kamehameha is Goku’s strongest and most recognizable technique. It didn’t take long for Goku to learn the Turtle School’s signature attack, with him mimicking Master Roshi pretty easily as a kid. Over the years, Goku has developed the technique, creating multiple variations that he’s used against some of the strongest opponents in the series. Some are stronger than others, and with Goku obtaining new transformations that push him past his limits, he’s able to make use of stronger, more effective Kamehamehas.
Limitbreaker Kamehameha

The Super Kamehameha was once one of the strongest and most used in the series, with Goku and other characters like Gohan and Cell using it to great effect. The Limitbreaker Kamehameha is a much stronger variation of it that takes the iconic move to the next level.
Goku uses the technique while in his Super Saiyan God form. It looks just like a regular Kamehameha, but with way more power behind it. Goku uses the move against Beerus, using it to destroy the Beerus Ball in the manga and the Multi Sphere of Destruction in the anime.
Full Power Kamehameha

The Full Power Kamehameha is a combination of two different Kamehameha variations, the God Kamehameha and Burst Kamehameha. Goku uses the technique while in his Super Saiyan Blue form.
In order to execute the Full Power Kamehameha, Goku first launches his God Kamehameha, followed by another powerful energy blast as part of the same energy wave. The move takes a great toll on Goku, but it’s an overwhelming attack for anyone on the other end of it.
