W imieniu PO wniosek, który tak rozgrzał Kownackiego, przedstawił Mariusz Witczak. Poseł zwrócił uwagę na pojawiające się w mediach informacje o lotach premier i prezydenta wojskową CASĄ. Chodzi o loty prywatne, dodajmy.
– Nie jest prawdą, że pani premier wykorzystywała wojskowy transport lotniczy do celów prywatnych – przekonywał wiceszef MON. I kontynuował: – Nie jest prawdą, że rzekomo pani premier Beata Szydło 50 razy w ostatnim roku leciała wojskowym samolotem CASA do Krakowa.
Później mówił o instrukcji HEAD, po czym przeszedł do ostrego ataku na Platformę. – Skończcie ten chocholi taniec wokół transportu najważniejszych osób w państwie. « … Отец Кушнарева является депутатом Ламанского районного совета Одесской области. И именно он является не просто заказчиком похищения народного депутата, а фактически он с двумя своими сообщниками выехал на место и должен был наносить нардепу телесные повреждения, а именно применять кислоту, изуродовать лицо, лишить зрения, а также переломить коленные чашечки. Поэтому все действительно является объективным. Есть у человека мотив. Он является как заказчиком похищения так и лично исполнителем этого преступления « , – сообщил прокурор области.
В свою очередь начальник управления СБУ в Одесской области добавил, что « заказ » был не на убийство, а на нанесение тяжких телесных повреждений.
« Заказ размещалось не на убийство, а на нанесение тяжких телесных повреждений … Во время задержания были изъяты все вещественные доказательства это и бутылка с кислотой и молоток », – добавил он.
Советник председателя СБУ Ю. Тандит сообщил, что спецслужба занимается « специальными мерами » для розыска нардепа А. Гончаренко.
Также напомним, по факту похищения нардепа А. Гончаренко открыли производство.

Offensive gegen den IS: Irakische Armee erobert Flughafen von Mossul

Der stillgelegte Flughafen in Mossul lag bisher in den Händen von IS-Kämpfern. Er gilt als wichtiger Ausgangspunkt für die Befreiung Westmossuls.
Irakische Sicherheitskräfte haben mit Unterstützung der USA nach offiziellen Angaben den Flughafen der umkämpften Großstadt Mossul erobert. Die schnelle Eingreiftruppe und die Bundespolizei hätten die vollständige Kontrolle des Airports am Donnerstag übernommen, meldete das staatliche Fernsehen. Für die Armee ist die Einnahme des Flughafens ein strategisch wichtiger Teilerfolg beim Versuch, nach dem Osten Mossuls auch den von der Extremistenmiliz Islamischer Staat (IS) noch gehaltenen Westteil der zweitgrößten Stadt des Landes zurückzuerobern.
Das Gelände soll als Ausgangsbasis für weitere Angriffe auf die Extremisten in Mossul dienen. Der Flughafen und ein laut TV ebenfalls gestürmter nahegelegener Militärkomplex mit Kasernen und Übungsplätzen liegen an der Verbindungsstraße nach Bagdad. Der IS hatte Mossul 2014 in einem blitzartigen Vorstoß besetzt und von dort ein Kalifat ausgerufen, das bis nach Syrien reicht. De facto ist Mossul die Hauptstadt der sunnitischen Extremisten im Irak. Mit Luft-Unterstützung der von den USA angeführten Allianz begann die irakische Armee im Oktober ihre Offensive auf Mossul. Neben 100.000 irakischen Soldaten sind auch kurdische Kämpfer und schiitische Milizen beteiligt. Die erste Phase wurde im Januar mit der Rückeroberung des Ostteils der Stadt abgeschlossen.
Hilfsorganisation warnen vor schwerwiegenden Folgen für die mehreren Hunderttausend Zivilisten, die sich noch im dicht besiedelten Westen Mossuls aufhalten sollen. Das Internationale Komitee vom Roten Kreuz (IKRK) teilte mit, es werde mehr Helfer nach Mossul entsenden. « Wenn die Menschen aus dem westlichen Teil Mossuls anfangen zu fliehen, erwarten wir, dass viele in schlechtem Zustand sein werden.  » Es mangle in dem Stadtteil an Lebensmitteln, Wasser, Benzin und Medikamenten. Die IKRK-Delegationsleiterin im Irak, Katharina Ritz, forderte alle Seiten dazu auf, Zivilisten zu schützen und denjenigen sicheres Geleit zu garantieren, die Stadt verlassen wollten. (rtr)

Ab dem 1. März wird in Deutschland ein neuer Reisepass eingeführt. Bundesinnenminister de Maizière hat diesen nun vorgestellt. Wir haben die wichtigsten Fakten zu Versionen, Chips und Sicherheitsmerkmalen.
Der Reisepass wird mit neuen, zeitgemäßen Sicherheitsmerkmalen ausgestattet – er gilt nach Angaben des Bundesinnenministeriums als einer der fälschungssichersten Pässe der Welt. Bundesinnenminister Thomas de Maizière verspricht sich von dem neuen Ausweisdokument ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit.
« Der neue deutsche Reisepass schützt zuverlässig vor Fälschungen, vor Missbrauch », sagte er am Donnerstag in Berlin. « Und er ermöglicht allen Passinhabern eine schnelle Identifizierung auch in der ganzen Welt.  »
Der Pass hat ein neues Design und ist etwas kleiner als der bisherige. Zu den neuen Sicherheitsmerkmalen zählt unter anderem ein holografisches Lichtbild neben dem eigentlichen Foto. Der Einsatz neuer Materialien soll den Pass nutzerfreundlicher machen.
Das Dokument soll ab dem 1. März ausgegeben werden. Alte Dokumente behalten ihre Gültigkeit bis zum angegebenen Datum. Es ist die dritte Version des elektronischen Reisepasses. 2005 war er eingeführt, 2007 zuletzt geändert worden. Ein Überblick.

Гончаренко на самом деле не похищали, депутат в безопасности

Похищение депутата было инсценировкой, благодаря которой правоохранители задержали сепаратистскую группу в Одессе.
Участники похищения задержаны, также получены вещественные доказателию. Организатором похищения прокуратура называет депутата Лиманского райсовета от « Оппозиционного блока » Александра Кушнарева, чей сын Геннадий Кушнарев погиб в Доме профсоюзов.
Кушнареву уже сообщено о подозрении.
« Отец Кушнарева является депутатом Лиманского районного совета Одесской области, и именно он является не просто заказчиком похищения народного депутата, но и фактически с двумя своими сообщниками выехал на место и должен был наносить народному депутату телесные повреждения, а именно применить кислоту, изуродовать лицо, лишить зрения, а также переломать коленные чашечки », – сказал прокурор Одесской области Олег Жученко на экстренном брифинге в четверг в Одессе.
На текущий момент народный депутат Гончаренко находится в безоспасности, он будет давать показания как свидетель.
« Я могу сказать, благодаря нашей работе предотвратили нанесение ему телесных повреждений, лишения зрения и уродования лица… и фактическому похищению… Он сейчас в безопасном месте и сейчас будет давать показания в качестве потерпевшего », – добавил Жученко.
В тоже время н ачальника УСБУ в Одесской области Сергей Батраков рассказал, что спецслужба отрабатывала группу людей, распространявших антиукраинскую литературу. Документируя их действия, оперативники перехватили переписку лиц, которые готовили похищение политика.
Дезинформация о похищении Алексея Гончаренко была распространена « Думской » по просьбе правоохранителей.
Ранее стало изветсно, что Алексей Гончаренко был похищен в Одессе, куда он отправился на « важную встречу ».

In den USA sind möglicherweise mehrere Kinder an bestimmten homöopathischen Präparaten gestorben – für Deutschland gibt die zuständige Behörde aber Entwarnung!
„Mit Blick auf den Patientenschutz gibt es in Deutschland weitergehende Regelungen, die gewährleisten, dass die Sicherheit von homöopathischen Arzneimitteln vorab durch das BfArM geprüft wird“, sagte ein Sprecher des Bundesinstituts für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM). Vergleichbare Fälle seien hierzulande so nicht denkbar.
Die US-Arzneimittelzulassungsbehörde FDA warnt schon seit 2010 vor homöopathischen Präparaten, die zu hohe Konzentrationen von Tollkirsche enthalten können.
Der Tod von 10 Kindern und 400 Fälle von Nebenwirkungen würden derzeit untersucht, hieß es kürzlich von der FDA. Die Mittel sollen bei zahnenden Kindern Schmerzen lindern. „Die Antwort des Körpers auf Tollkirsche bei Kindern unter zwei Jahren ist unvorhersehbar und setzt die Kinder einem unnötigen Risiko aus“, sagte Janet Woodcock von der FDA.
Eltern sollten unverzüglich einen Arzt aufsuchen, wenn ihr Kind etwa Schwierigkeiten beim Atmen habe, lethargisch oder übertrieben müde sei oder Schwierigkeiten beim Urinieren habe.
Die US-Behörde rät Eltern, ihren Kindern die Produkte nicht mehr zu verabreichen und sie zu entsorgen. Ein Hersteller nahm laut FDA betroffene Mittel bereits vom Markt. Ein weiterer Hersteller schreibt auf seine Website, dass die Tabletten nicht mehr in den USA vertrieben würden.
Die FDA hat die Tabletten nach eigenen Angaben vor deren Markteinführung weder auf ihre Sicherheit noch auf ihre Wirkung geprüft. Es seien keine positiven Effekte der Präparate bekannt.
Laut BfArM gibt es in Deutschland zwar auch homöopathische Mittel, die Tollkirsche enthalten. Allerdings seien sie entsprechend verdünnt und auf Unbedenklichkeit geprüft, bevor sie auf den Markt kommen. Bislang seien keine Fälle bekannt, bei denen Menschen zu Schaden kamen, sagte der BfArM-Sprecher.

CBS West Lafayette, Indiana affiliate WLFI-TV says Hoosier Lottery Public Relations Director Dennis Rosebrough confirmed the winning ticket was sold in Lafayette. The exact location wasn’t available.
During Wednesday night’s drawing, it was announced that the jackpot jumped to an estimated $435 million.
It was the seventh-largest jackpot in Powerball history, the Powerball website notes.
Before Wednesday, the last time a winning ticket in the jackpot was sold was on Dec. 17.
Powerball is played in 44 states, plus Washington, D. C., Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands.
The top prize drops back to $40 million for the next drawing Saturday night.
The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are incredibly small, at one in 292.2 million.
Powerball’s jackpot swelled to a record $1.6 billion in January 2016, when three winning tickets were sold in Florida,
California, and Tennessee.
Powerball and Mega Millions jack;pots have topped the $400 million mark only a few other times, the Reuters news agency notes.

Violent protest near Disneyland over off-duty cop firing gun

Anaheim police report about 24 arrests for misdemeanor charges including failure to disperse.
Hundreds of protesters gathered at 7 p.m. near Disneyland, bringing traffic to a standstill in the busy area for hours. Anaheim police advised the public to avoid the area as officers in riot gear were deployed.
What initially began as peaceful protests eventually gave way to violence, as protesters threw rocks and bottles at officers, CBS Los Angeles reports.
At one point, one man shoved two officers and was shot with a less-than-lethal beanbag, the station says.

The protesters also threw rocks at the home of the LAPD officer, spray-painted his garage and scratched a pickup truck in the driveway, CBS Los Angeles reports, adding that some protesters mistakenly tagged another home in the neighborhood, wrongly thinking it belonged to the LAPD officer.
A bystander captured Tuesday’s confrontation on video with a cellphone, the station says.
There have been “ongoing issues with juveniles walking across the officer’s property,” according to a statement from the LAPD.
CBS Los Angeles reports the route is popular with kids who use it to go to and from three schools.
The video shows the unidentified officer firing a single round during the off-duty tussle with a 13-year-old boy, identified by CBS Los Angeles only by the name Christian.

No one was injured but Christian and another teen were arrested after the incident.
Christian apparently believed the officer had cursed a teenage girl who walked across his lawn Tuesday, the Los Angeles Times reported .
That’s when the 13-year-old spoke up, a witness said.
“The little kid said, ‘I’m going to sue you,’ and then the guy thought he said, ‘I’m going to shoot you.’ That’s when he started grabbing the little kid,” Gregory Perez, 16, told the Orange County Register.
Christian himself told CBS Los Angeles he had said he would sue (not shoot) the officer for manhandling him.
The video posted on YouTube shows the officer struggling with the boy, who repeatedly denies he threatened to shoot and at one point says “Let me go. … I’m only 13.”
Other teens, many wearing backpacks, are watching. The officer, who is gripping the boy’s hoodie, hauls him over the lawn, still struggling and protesting.
A taller youth steps in and tries to break the officer’s grip. Another youth rushes the officer and he stumbles back through a small hedge, still holding the 13-year-old.
The taller boy then takes a swing at the officer. Other teens approach and the officer – still gripping the 13-year-old with one hand – pulls a gun from his waistband, crouches, and a shot is heard.
Witnesses said the officer “did not discharge the gun toward anyone,” Anaheim Sgt. Daron Wyatt told CBS’ KNX-AM radio.
Most of the teens back away but the 13-year-old continues to resist until police arrive. The off-duty officer puts his hands up and is walked away to be interviewed while the teenager eventually is handcuffed.
The 13 year old was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threat and battery, while a 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery and later released, Anaheim police said. Their names were not released because they are minors.
Anaheim and Los Angeles police were investigating the incident and the officer was cooperating, Wyatt said.
A statement issued by the LAPD said the officer is on administrative leave while the police chief and others determine whether his “use of deadly force complied with LAPD’s policies and procedures.”
The video of the incident doesn’t show the entire confrontation, Wyatt said. He warned people against “rushing to judgment.”
The Anaheim Police Department said it was aware of “numerous videos” posted on YouTube. The department said its Homicide Detail is investigating and when it is completed, the case will be submitted to the Orange County district attorney’s office.
That office will decide whether any criminal charges should be filed.
Anaheim Mayor Tom Tait said in a statement Wednesday that he was concerned with what he saw in the video, and the city is committed to a full and impartial investigation.
The American Civil Liberties Union said in a statement that the video was deeply disturbing, and said investigators need to explain why the boys were arrested, but not the officer who fired the shot.
