Clarkson has said she’s faced negative comments and criticism about her figure ever since entering the public eye following her 2002 win on American Idol, and she’s always been very vocal about not having time for it. In 2015, she told Redbook magazine, «I don’t obsess about my weight, which is probably one of the reasons why other people have such a problem with it. There are just some people who are born skinny and with a great metabolism – that is not me. I wish I had a better metabolism.
