At least five people have died in a Sunday morning shooting outside Pittsburgh
Pennsylvania State Police confirm five people are dead after an early morning shooting Sunday at a car wash in Melcroft, Fayette County.
Melcroft is a small community about 54 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
Authorities said they were called to the shooting scene on Indian Creek Valley Road around 2:50 a.m.
Among the dead are three men and two women, police said. Four of those victims were pronounced dead at the scene; the fifth died at the hospital.
A sixth victim was taken to the hospital, police said. Their condition is unknown at this time. Police said they are not publicly identifying any of the victims at this time.
It is unclear if the shooter is among the dead.
