The Mi Pad 4 Plus will reportedly come in two storage and colour variants.
Xiaomi launched the Mi Pad 4 in June this year, and in just a month, rumours of the Plus variant of the tablet have started surfacing the web. It is the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus. Previous rumours revealed that the Mi Pad 4 Plus will come with a whopping 10-inch screen size and run on Snapdragon 660 chipset. Some new information regarding the Xiaomi tablet has now been leaked. The Mi Pad 4 Plus will reportedly come in two storage and colour variants.
According to the latest report coming from mysmartprice, the Mi Pad 4 Plus will come in two RAM and storage versions. The base model will come with 4GB of RAM paired with 64GB of internal storage model. The top-end model of the tablet will supposedly come packed with 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. As of now, there’s no information if the storage memory is expandable or not. Most likely it will be.
Besides the RAM and storage information, the new report also reveals the colour options that the upcoming Mi Pad 4 Plus will come in. It suggests that the tablet will be available in two colours — black and gold.
As the name suggests, the Mi Pad 4 Plus will be a bigger version of the Mi Pad 4 which launched only a couple of months ago. The Xiaomi tablet is rumoured to come with a much bigger screen compared to the Mi Pad 4. It is said to boast of a 10-inch screen. The Mi Pad 4 packs an 8-inch IPS LCD display with 1200 x 1920 WUXGA resolution. The pixels resolution of the Plus model is yet to be revealed.
Rumours also reveal that the tablet will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor which is also found running the Mi Pad 4. Considering the Snapdragon 660 mostly powers the mid-range devices, it will be safe to say that the Mi Pad 4 Plus will have an affordable price tag.
Furthermore, Xiaomi is expected to include a massive battery in the Mi Pad 4 Plus. The battery on the Plus version will be much bigger than that of the Mi Pad 4. To recollect, the Mi Pad 4 is backed by a 6000mAh non-removable battery. Software-wise, the Mi Pad 4 Plus is expected to run on Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 10 out-of-the-box.
As of now, there’s no information on the launch timeline of the Mi Pad 4 Plus. But, considering the rumours flooding the internet we can expect Xiaomi to launch the tablet very soon.
