Barack Obama tore into President Trump and Republicans on Friday as he returned to active politicking and said he doubted that the “resistance” within the administration exposed by an anonymous official would have much impact.
“They’re not doing us a service by actively promoting 90 percent of the crazy stuff that’s coming out of this White House, and saying, ‘Don’t worry, we’re preventing the other 10 percent,’” the ex-president said in a speech at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
