Officials in Los Angeles, Texas and Miami are raising the possibility that total shutdowns could be imminent.
As Covid-19 cases have continued to surge in the U. S. despite targeted measures like mask-wearing mandates and closing bars, officials in such Covid-19 hotspots as Los Angeles and Texas are warning that they may soon resort to reimposing total shutdowns if the situation doesn’t improve.
