Take a look at next week’s lineup of new PlayStation 4 video game releases.
Quirky tower-defence game Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break is one of the highlights from next week’s crop of new PlayStation Store releases. ACE Team’s game comes with a variety of new gameplay ideas, but we’re most excited to try the new level editor.
We’re also excited to see Amanita Design return with a brand new game. Creaks features an intricate and beautiful world, head-scratching puzzles, and a story starring “avian folk and seemingly deadly furniture monsters.”
If you’re looking for something faster-paced, Dying Light: Hellraid is new DLC for Techland’s popular first-person horror game. The add-on features new game modes set in a hellish landscape populated by demonic enemies. It looks a bit like Doom x Dark Souls + Diablo.
Other new PS4 releases include Dragon Marked for Death, Tannenberg, and Rainswept.
We are still waiting on confirmed dates for a couple of new PS4 games. We’ll update this page throughout the week with any additions.

The return of Turok and reverse horror game Carrion are the highlights from next week’s lineup of new Xbox One releases.
We’ve been keeping an eye on Carrion‘s since we first saw the game at the 2018 PC Gaming Show. But, perhaps, Carrion has been keeping an eye on us. This clever reverse horror from Phobia Game Studio casts players as a sinewy tentacled creature that must stalk and kill its captors to escape from a mysterious facility. Static images of the game’s pixel-art visuals belie the fact that it looks horribly good in motion. It’s sublimely animated, visceral, and violent. We can’t wait.
If your only memory of the Turok franchise is from its Nintendo 64 heyday, you’re in for a surprise. Turok: Escape from Lost Valley is a bright and breezy isometric action-adventure with a cute, hand-drawn art style. It received a mixed reception on PC last year, but we can see it being more enjoyable played from the couch on the big screen.
Finally, Creaks is the long-awaited new puzzle adventure from Amanita Design, creators of the legendary Machinarium and Samorost. The game is best left unspoiled, but we’re pleased to see the studio’s visual flair is undimmed.
Other new games include Rainswept, Tannenberg, and Rock of Ages 3: Make and Break. Each new release can be purchased from the Xbox One digital games store or the Microsoft online store.
Carrion is also one of the new titles coming to Xbox Game Pass this month.
