Chapel Hill, N.C. — North Carolina entered the next step toward reopening the economy on Friday evening, bringing a flurry of new entertainment options and nightlife for locals. Under the new phase, bars, amusement parks and movie theaters will come back to life – just in time for the weekend, but under some restrictions. During the past several days, movie theaters have begun prepping for their debut. For the first time since March, the Alamo Drafthouse and many other local theaters are screening movies.
