Separate from MGM’s interest in making a movie about the GameStop stocks, Netflix is also planning to make a movie starring Noah Centineo.
Netflix is in talks to make a film based on the Wall Street GameStop stock kerfuffle, according to a report by Deadline. Mark Boal, the writer of Detroit and Triple Frontier, is in negotiations to write the unnamed film. Noah Centineo, the actor behind the teen heartthrob role in many Netflix movies like To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, will play a major role.
