A recently rediscovered drawing by the famed 19th century Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh is set to go on display this week in Amsterdam, a “rare” confirmation of new work by the artist. “As a knowledge centre dedicated to the work of Vincent van Gogh and his contemporaries, we’re delighted with this discovery, with which we’ve again done justice to our specialist field,” museum director Emilie Gordenker said in a statement.
