DJI has officially unveiled the Mavic 3 today, it is the most powerful consumer drone from the company ever made with significant improved imaging features and flight technologies. Succeeding the 3-year old Mavic 2, the Mavic 3 comes with a powerful dual camera system that comprise a 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad camera and 28x hybrid zoom camera, omnidirectional obstacle sensors that senses objects up to 200 meters, and increased flight time of up to 46 minutes in ideal conditions. The Mavic 3’s main camera can shoot 20MP still images with 12-bit RAW format and records videos up to 5.1K resolution at 50fps with a maximum bitrate of 200Mbps, it has a 24mm focal range and autofocus to assist pilots in capturing clear photos. As for the tele lens, it takes 12MP still images and records up to 4K resolution at 30fps, pilots can get up to 4x hybrid zoom at 162mm of focal range that is a combination of optical and digital zoom.
