A creep sexually assaulted a woman and tried to rob her inside the elevator of a Queens apartment building, police said early Saturday. The unknown assailant followed the 51-year-old victim into the elevator of a building at 62nd Drive and 108th Street in Queens at around 12:10 p.m. on Friday, according to cops. He got out of the lift, but then returned moments later and threatened the woman with a knife. Surveillance footage released by the NYPD showed the frightened woman, wearing a white coat, dumping the contents of her purse on the floor as the suspect holds a knife in the elevator doorway.
