May 16 A Chicago teen appeared in court Monday and was charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Seandell Holliday, another teen, near the iconic Cloud Gate sculpture in Millennium Park. Marion Richardson, 17, was charged as an adult with second-degree murder, aggravated battery with a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon and was ordered held on a $25,000 bond, the Chicago Tribune reported. He is accused of shooting Holliday in the chest after a fight near the large sculpture, which has been nicknamed «The Bean» because of its shape, on Saturday. Richardson was attending a mass gathering in the park when he spotted a group of boys including one with whom he had been in a previous altercation, Assistant State’s Attorney James Murphy told the court.
