A 3-year-old girl in a Texas home in Houston shot and killed her 4-year-old sister on Sunday after she found a loaded gun. She fired a single shot. Five adults, who were all family members or family friends, were in other parts of the apartment. “It just seems like another tragic story of, again, a child gaining access to a firearm and hurting someone else and this time there was a fatal shot,” Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.
