В ночь на 30 января российские оккупанты атаковали 35-ю ударными БпЛА типа «Shahed-136/131» с трех направлений: Приморско-Ахтарск, Курск (рф), Чауда (Крым), а таг двумя зенитными управляемыми ракетами С-300 по Донецкой области.
Силами и средствами ВС ВСУ, во взаимодействии с ПВО Сил обороны Украины уничтожено 15 вражеских БпЛА в пределах Николаевской, Сумской, Черкасской, Кировоградской, Днепропетровской, Харьковской, Херсонской и Киевской областей.
В Воздушных силах указали, что часть ударных БпЛА рашисты направили по прифронтовым территориям, пытаясь поразить инфраструктуру топливно-энергетического сектора, гражданские и военные объекты у линии фронта и государственной границы с рф.
К отражению воздушного нападения привлекали авиацию, зенитные ракетные подразделения и мобильные огневые группы Сил обороны Украины.
Напомним, сначала об угрозе шахедов в Воздушных силах предупреждали около половины девятого вечера; полный отбой — почти в два часа ночи.
Утром в некоторых областных военных администрациях сообщили о последствиях.
В Киевской области работали силы ПВО. К сожалению, в результате падения обломков на территории одного из предприятий возник пожар. Были повреждены административное здание и ангар. Пожар оперативно ликвидирован. Кроме зданий, повреждены три автомобиля. По предварительным данным, жертв и пострадавших среди населения нет.
Черкасская область. На Уманщине есть попадание «шахеда» по заброшенному сооружению. В то же время еще один ударный БПЛА успешно уничтожен нашими защитниками. В обоих случаях без пострадавших.
На Сумщине в Шосткинской общине осуществлен обстрел 2 БпЛА («дроны-камикадзе» типа «Шахед») (2 взрыва).
Херсонщина: рашисты атаковали «шахедами» территорию и сооружение предприятия в Херсонском районе.
Николаевская область. В ночь на 30 января силами и средствами противовоздушной обороны уничтожен БпЛА типа «Shahed-136/131». В результате падения обломков, загорелся грузовой автомобиль, пожар был оперативно ликвидирован. Водитель получил черепно-мозговую травму, состояние пострадавшего пока стабильное.
Днепропетровская область. Ночью агрессор направил БпЛА на Криворожье. Один шахед сбили. Другой попал по гражданской инфраструктуре, возник пожар, который спасатели уже укротили.
Харьковщина. Около 23:25 оккупанты применили минимум 6 БПЛА Shahed в г. Змиев Чугуевского района. Повреждено гражданское предприятие и частные жилые дома. Получили ранения мужчины 52 и 61 года, первый — госпитализирован, состояние среднее. Второй получил помощь на месте.
Кировоградская область. Без последствий.

All the charges are misdemeanors.
Rondo, who spent 16 seasons in the NBA, was stopped for a traffic violation in Jackson County, Ind., and a trooper smelled marijuana, the outlet reported, citing court records and an Indiana State Police spokesperson.
A search uncovered that the 37-year-old Rondo was carrying gun, a “personal use” amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Indiana State Police spokesman Sgt. Stephen Wheeles told WDRB on Monday night.
Rondo is not allowed to have a gun because of a no-contact court order, according to the report, and he was transported to the Jackson County Bail, Wheeles told WDRB.
The two-time NBA champion “immediately” posted bond according to Wheeles, and the report said it’s unknown when he will be arraigned.
Rondo has dealt with legal issues before.
In 2022, an emergency protective order was filed against Rondo in Louisville, Ky., but was later dismissed after the “parties reached an agreement,” according to ESPN.
A woman alleged in the request for the protection order that Rondo threatened her with a gun and she feared for the safety of her children, per the report.
She added that Rondo has a history of “volatile, erratic (and) explosive behavior,” according to ESPN.
Rondo last played in the NBA for the Cavaliers during the 2021-22 season and is most known for his nine seasons with the Celtics.
The point guard helped Boston win the NBA championship during his sophomore season in 2007-08, and he also won a title with the 2019-20 Lakers.
The Kentucky product averaged 9.8 points and 7.9 rebounds per game during his career, and made four straight All-Star Games from 2010-13.
He also spent time with the Kings, Bulls, Pelicans, Mavericks, Hawks and Clippers, and led the league in assists three times.

Российская армия потеряла 960 солдат и офицеров, а также огромное количество единиц техники и артиллерии за сутки. Об этом сообщили в сводке Генерального штаба Вооруженных Сил Украины.
Утром военные заявляли о 70 боевых столкновениях на фронте, россияне наступают в районах Купянска, Кременной, Бахмута, Авдеевки, Марьинки, Золотой Нивы, Вербового, Работино и Крынок.
Общие потери врага за время большой войны составили:

Österreich belegt im Korruptionsindex 2023 nur Platz 20 und bleibt damit sowohl im europäischen als auch internationalen Vergleich zweitklassig. Transparency International sieht in dem neuerlich schlechten Abschneiden der Republik ein «Armutszeugnis» sowie «alarmierende Symptome einer Krise». 
ÖSTERREICH. In Sachen Korruptionsbekämpfung bleibt Österreich weiterhin abgeschlagen. Mit einem Wert von 71 liegt die Alpenrepublik nur auf dem 20. Platz des am Dienstag publizierten Korruptionswahrnehmungsindex von Transparency International (TI). Zwar macht Österreich damit im Vergleich zu 2022 zwei Plätze gut, das allerdings nur, weil andere Staaten im Vergleich zum Vorjahresbericht Punkte einbüßten. Mit 71 Punkten bleibt Österreich zahlenmäßig auf dem gleichen Punkte-Stand wie im Vorjahr. 
Als «ein Armutszeugnis» bezeichnet TI-Austria das diesjährige Ergebnis. «Es ist ein ernüchterndes Zeugnis für die Republik», sagte Alexander Picker, Vorstandsvorsitzender von TI-Austria. «Durch die fehlende Transparenz nimmt die Politikverdrossenheit zu, während das Vertrauen der Bevölkerung sinkt. Dies sind alarmierende Symptome einer Krise, in der Österreich steckt».
Mit der Verschärfung des Korruptionsstrafrechts und der Implementierung des Whistleblower-Gesetzes seien zwar wichtige Maßnahmen gesetzt worden, diese würden sich allerdings erst in Zukunft im Korruptionsindex auswirken, so der Experte. 
Aufholbedarf sieht Transparency International bei effektiven Lobbying-Regelungen. Zudem soll die Weisungsspitze der Staatsanwaltschaften von der Justizministerin entkoppelt werden. Von der Bundesregierung wurde dieses Reformvorhaben bereits mehrfach angekündigt, Grüne und ÖVP konnten sich bislang aber nicht auf eine konkrete Neuregelung einigen. 
Vor 5 Jahren (2019) stand Österreich im internationalen Korruptionsindex noch an 12. Stelle weltweit und 10. Stelle in Europa. Grund für den Absturz sind laut Transparency International die Korruptionsskandale der vergangenen Jahre. Zudem seien effektive Gesetze zur Bekämpfung von systemischen Mängeln von den Verantwortlichen nur mangelhaft umgesetzt worden. 
Den 1. Rang sicherte sich mit 90 Punkten auch dieses Jahr wieder Dänemark. Es folgen Finnland auf Rang 2 und Neuseeland auf Rang 3. Während sich Österreich im europäischen Vergleich an 13. Stelle befindet, schneiden unsere Nachbarländer Deutschland und die Schweiz deutlich besser ab. Die Schweiz belegt beim Ranking Rang 6 und Deutschland erzielt «ex aequo» mit Luxemburg den 9 Rang. Als Schlusslichter finden sich dieses Jahr Somalia mit 11 Punkten sowie Venezuela, Syrien und Südsudan mit je 13 Punkten wieder.

The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller 20-city house price index climbed 0.1 percent in November compared with the prior month. Compared with a year earlier, the index is up 5.4 percent. That’s a bigger gain than the 4.9 percent annual increase recorded for October.
The index tracks home prices in the 20 largest U.S. metropolitan areas. Although it is called a 20-city index, it includes the surrounding suburban areas. The figures are seasonally adjusted.
Before seasonal adjustment, the 20-city index posted a 0.2 percent decline, the first after nine months of increases. This was the first decline since January.
The national home price index, a broader measure, rose 0.2 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis. It is up 5.1 percent over the past 12 months. The October reading showed a 4.7 percent annual gain.
Before seasonal adjustment, the index declined 0.2 percent.
Both indexes are at all-time highs, underscoring how well the house prices have withstood the pressure of higher home loan rates.
The 10-City index, which tracks home prices in the 10 largest metro areas, is up 6.2 percent for the year, up from 5.7 percent in the prior month.  It rose 0.2 percent after seasonal adjustment and fell 0.1 percent before adjustment.
“November’s year-over-year gain saw the largest growth in U.S. home prices in 2023, with our National Composite rising 5.1 percent and the 10-city index rising 6.2 percent,” says Brian D. Luke, Head of Commodities, Real & Digital Assets at S&P DJI.
Home prices have been boosted by the paucity of supply of homes for sale. Many homeowners have decided to stay put because moving would require a new mortgage with a much higher rate. Most homeowners have mortgages with rates considerably lower than are available from lenders today.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency puts out its own gauge of home prices. This showed home prices rose 0.3 percent in November from the previous month and a 6.6 percent gain for the year.
Despite hitting new record highs, the price increases in November were lower than expected.

Biden has vowed to retaliate against Iran for the fatal attack, and on Monday night US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told reporters that a response “could be multi-leveled, come in stages and be sustained over time.”
There are few details about what such a response may entail, but the president is looking at the possibility of attacking Iranian personnel in Syria and Iraq, or Iranian naval assets in the Persian Gulf, according to Politico.
He has even demanded his advisers present him with options on how to respond to the attack without dragging the US further into war in the Middle East, two administration officials told the outlet.
The Pentagon and State Department have already spent decades drawing up a list of possible Iranian targets in case war broke out between the nation and Israel, according to the New York Times.
Those include major drone-making factories and their overseas suppliers, which are working to help Russia in Ukraine and provide arms to the Houthis in Yemen and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
The Pentagon also reportedly has existing plans in place for airstrikes on Iranian missile sites and air bases, and the US has even created a cyber attack option that would disable Iran’s air defenses, communications systems and crucial parts of its power grid — though it is unclear how long the cyber attack may last.
But Iranian officials have so far denied any involvement in the attack — even after the Iranian-backed Axis of Resistance took responsibility and said the strike was a “continuation of our approach to resisting the American occupation forces in Iraq and the region.”
Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani on Monday said the militias “do not take orders” from Iran and acted independently.
He called allegations that the country was involved “baseless accusations” designed to expand the Israel-Hamas war.
“The responsibility for the consequences of provoking allegations against Iran lies with those who bring up such baseless claims,” Kanaani said.

Z najnowszego badania CBOS dowiadujemy się, że Koalicja Obywatelska popierana jest przez 29 proc. Polaków. PiS otrzymał jedynie 24 proc., tym samym partia Jarosława Kaczyńskiego zanotowała kolejny, tym razem ogromny spadek poparcia.

– Nie przywiązuję dużej wagi do sondaży, ale z całą pewnością nasz stały kontakt z wyborcami, mieszkańcami różnych regionów Polski, przyniesie określone efekty. Błędy Koalicji Obywatelskiej są kompromitujące, za chwilę będziemy to widzieli w sondażach – stwierdziła w rozmowie z dziennikiem.
Polityczka zasugerowała, że «może być taka sytuacja, że dzisiaj CBOS ustawia tak pytania, że wychodzą sondaże korzystniej (dla Koalicji Obywatelskiej — przyp. red.) – przekonywała.
Równie podejrzliwy co do wyników badania CBOS jest również były szef KPRM Michał Dworczyk. – Jest on (sondaż — red.) zaskakująco pozytywny dla Koalicji Obywatelskiej. Nie znam metody, jaką został wykonany, natomiast niezależnie jaka pracownia przeprowadziła sondaż, takie sondaże powinny nas mobilizować do cięższej pracy – powiedział «Faktowi».
Wyniki sondażu CBOS to potężny sygnał dla Prawa i Sprawiedliwości przed kolejnymi wyborami samorządowymi, które odbędą się już w kwietniu. – Podjąłem dzisiaj decyzję o wydaniu rozporządzenia. Wybory samorządowe odbędą się w dniach 7 i 21 kwietnia – przekazał 15 stycznia podczas konferencji prasowej premier Donald Tusk. – Mam nadzieję, że kwiecień będzie dobrym miesiącem dla polskiej samorządności – podkreślił wówczas szef rządu.
W zeszłym tygodniu portal Onet podawał z kolei, że «porozumienie o wspólnym starcie w wyborach samorządowych z Lewicą jest o krok». Portal podkreślał jednak, że «dla Donalda Tuska podstawowym celem wydaje się dobicie PiS».
W poprzednich wyborach samorządowych Prawo i Sprawiedliwość zdobyło władzę w połowie sejmików. – Jak dobrze pójdzie, zabierzemy im nawet Podkarpacie – powiedział Onetowi ważny polityk Platformy.
