With a week to go before the release of Halo Wars 2, news is reaching the masses of Microsoft’s cancellation of the physical PC release for those in the US. The EU will still see a physical release.
In the blink of an eye, Halo Wars 2 will be arriving on consoles and PC next week. While those with an Xbox One in the US will be able to stroll into a retail location to pick up the title, PC users might be a bit miffed on release day.
According to the Halo Waypoint, Microsoft has decided not to release a physical version of the game for the US. Instead, users will be required to download the title from the Windows Store. Luckily, those in Europe will be happy to know that the game will still be released in its physical form.
If you have yet to experience the title in any form, you might want to start by getting familiar with the documentary and soundtrack . 343 Industries will also be holding a live stream shortly before the release of the game with exclusive interviews and prizes. he title will arrive on the Xbox One and PC starting February 21. Энергетическая система Украины, несмотря на частичную блокаду грузового железнодорожного сообщения с оккупированным Донбассом, работает в штатном режиме.
Об этом заявил министр энергетики и угольной промышленности Игорь Насалик в эфире телеканала «112 Украина».
«На сегодняшний день энергетическая система Украины работает в штатном режиме. Все оборудование и генерации работают в штатном режиме. Подготовки, проведенной в отопительном сезоне 2016-2017 года, не было за последние годы, даже примерно мы не подходили к такой хорошей ситуации. Мы отошли от импорта российской электроэнергии, в 2016 году мы не импортировали электроэнергию», — подчеркнул он.
По словам министра, на сегодняшний день на украинских АЭС работают 13 атомных блоков, 14-й блок запустится буквально через неделю.
«Мы увеличили добычу гидроэнергетики, которая дешевая у нас, и мы можем обеспечивать потребности объединенной энергосистемы, но, к сожалению, в суточном графике регулирования, то есть покрытие пиков, участвует только две генерации. Это тепловая генерация, которая генерируется тепловыми станциями, и ГЭС, и гидроэнергетика. Гидроэнергетика покрывает на 30%, 70% покрывает тепловая генерация», — рассказал он.
Как сообщалось, «Укрэнерго» и Министерство энергетики предлагают Кабмину ввести чрезвычайное положение на рынке электроэнергии из-за остановки поставок антрацита из зоны АТО в результате двухнедельной блокады путей, которыми поставляется уголь с оккупированных территорий Донбасса.
Премьер-министр Владимир Гройсман заявил, что не видит альтернативы поставкам угля с предприятий на оккупированном Донбассе для того, чтобы обеспечить теплоснабжение.
В Кабмине допускают возможность веерных отключений с конца марта в случае продолжения полного блокирования поставок угля из зоны АТО.

The White House says President Trump is “evaluating the situation” involving his national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Pence had initially told media outlets, including CBS News’ “Face the Nation,” that Flynn did not discuss sanctions with Russia’s ambassador to the U. S. before Mr. Trump was inaugurated. Last week, however, Flynn told the White House sanctions may have come up.
Spicer’s statement seemed to contradict top Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway, who told MSNBC, that “yes, General Flynn does enjoy the full confidence of the president, and this is a big week for General Flynn.” Conway went on to say that Flynn is “the point of contact for many of these foreign visits.” This week, the president is seeing two foreign leaders: on Monday he met with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau , and on Wednesday, he’ll welcome Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Mr. Trump has said nothing publicly about Flynn since the Washington Post reported last week that Flynn did discuss sanctions with the Russian official.

Der UN-Sicherheitsrat hat den jüngsten nordkoreanischen Raketentest einstimmig als «ernsthafte Verletzung» von UN-Resolutionen verurteilt. In einer Dringlichkeitssitzung drohte das Gremium der Führung in Pjöngjang «weitere bedeutende Maßnahmen» an.
Die USA, Japan und Südkorea hatten die Dringlichkeitssitzung beantragt. Auch Nordkoreas engster Verbündeter China stimmte für einen von den USA vorgelegten Text.
Pjöngjang hatte am Sonntag nach eigenen Angaben «erfolgreich» eine Mittelstreckenrakete vom Typ Pukgukson-2 getestet. Es sei ein neues Geschoss mit mittlerer bis längerer Reichweite, das auch mit einem Atomsprengkopf bestückt werden könne.
Das Geschoss wurde nach Angaben der südkoreanischen Regierung von einem Stützpunkt im Westen des Landes ins Japanische Meer abgefeuert. Die Rakete flog etwa 500 Kilometer weit und fiel dann ins Meer.
US-Präsident Trump hatte vor der Sitzung des UN-Sicherheitsrates erklärt, sein Land werde sich «sehr stark» mit Nordkorea auseinandersetzen. Nordkorea sei ein «großes, großes Problem», sagte er auf einer gemeinsamen Pressekonferenz mit dem kanadischen Premierminister Justin Trudeau.
Zuvor hatte das Pentagon mitgeteilt, der jüngste Raketentest Nordkoreas sei eine «klare, schwerwiegende Bedrohung» für die Sicherheit der Vereinigten Staaten gewesen.
Auch China kritisierte den Test des international isolierten Nachbarlandes, dem Raketenversuche unter Verwendung ballistischer Raketentechnik durch UN-Resolutionen untersagt sind. Die russische Führung zeigte sich besorgt.

Microsoft today introduced a new Xbox One Insider Preview build to the Alpha ring, bringing the build number to 15034. There are no new front-facing features, but there are some fixes.
Microsoft is releasing a new Xbox Insider Preview build today to the Alpha ring, bringing the build number to 15034.1001, or rs2_release_xbox_1703.170210-1900, and it comes in at 522MB. Like earlier builds, it’s a preview of the Creators Update for the console.
It contains a number of fixes, rather than front-facing features. In fact, since built-in Beam streaming went live on Friday , there really aren’t anymore promised features that Microsoft still has to add before the Creators Update release in April.

Of course, there are still some known issues:
Microsoft seems to be keeping to its original promise of releasing new Xbox One builds to the Preview Alpha ring two to three times a week, with both 15026 and 15031 being offered last week. Interestingly, Preview Beta seems to be seeing just as many, albeit a day or two after the Alpha ring does. Beta was originally promised one or two builds a week.
Some of the known issues on that list go back to the first Creators Update preview, but it seems to be getting progressively shorter. It seems likely that fixes are what Microsoft will be focusing on from now until the update is finally released.
