NewsHubBerlin (dpa) — Eisregen hat die Straßen in vielen Teilen Deutschlands in spiegelglatte Rutschbahnen verwandelt. Besonders in Nordrhein-Westfalen kam es zu zahlreichen Unfällen. Bei einer Karambolage von fünf Autos auf der A46 bei Iserlohn wurden sechs Menschen verletzt. Auch für Niedersachsen rief der Deutsche Wetterdienst die höchste Unwetter-Warnstufe aus. In Hannover wurde der Busverkehr eingestellt. In Hamburg waren bereits am Mittag zahlreiche Fußgänger ausgerutscht und gestürzt. Die Feuerwehr der Hansestadt zählte zwischen 10 und 21 Uhr 392 wetterbedingte Einsätze.

Putin ließ US-Wahl durch Hacker beeinflussen

NewsHubWashington/New York. Russlands Präsident Wladimir Putin hat nach Überzeugung der US-Geheimdienste eine Kampagne angeordnet, um den Ausgang der US-Präsidentschaftswahl zu beeinflussen. Dieses Fazit ziehen CIA, FBI und NSA in einem Bericht , der am Freitag (Ortszeit) in Auszügen veröffentlicht wurde und zuvor in seiner vollen Fassung an US-Präsident Barack Obama sowie kurz darauf dessen Nachfolger Donald Trump gegangen war.
Russland habe das Ziel verfolgt, das Vertrauen der Öffentlichkeit in den demokratischen Prozess der USA zu untergraben, die demokratische Kandidatin Hillary Clinton zu verunglimpfen und ihre Chancen auf einen Wahlsieg zu schmälern, heißt es darin. Der Kreml habe zudem eine „deutliche Präferenz“ für den Republikaner Trump entwickelt. Die Aktionen Moskaus seien dabei so gestaltet, dass sie jederzeit dementiert werden können.
Dem Bericht zufolge ging Putin davon aus, mit Trump leichter eine Allianz gegen die Terrormiliz Islamischer Staat (IS) schmieden zu können. Außerdem habe er gute Erfahrungen mit westlichen Staatsmännern gemacht, die seine Geschäftsinteressen teilten. Die Geheimdienste nannten an dieser Stelle den deutschen Altkanzler Gerhard Schröder (SPD) und den früheren italienischen Ministerpräsidenten Silvio Berlusconi als Beispiele.
Die Geheimdienste machen Moskau für Hackerattacken auf Computer des Parteivorstands der Demokraten und des Stabs von Clinton verantwortlich, bei denen E-Mails kopiert wurden. Die von der Enthüllungsplattform Wikileaks veröffentlichten Dokumente offenbarten interne Machtkämpfe unter Clintons Mitarbeitern. Unter anderem wurde deutlich, dass Clintons parteiinterner Kontrahent Bernie Sanders im Vorwahl-Prozess klar benachteiligt worden war.
Der künftige US-Präsident Trump zweifelte die Erkenntnisse der Geheimdienste in den vergangenen Tagen wiederholt an und sprach von einer „politischen Hexenjagd“. Das Trump-Lager macht geltend, die noch amtierende Obama-Regierung wolle den Republikaner diskreditieren und seine Wahl als illegitim erscheinen lassen.
In dem Geheimdienstbericht heißt es, Russlands Kampagne habe sich auf die Kombination verschiedener Strategien gestützt: verdeckte Geheimdienstoperationen, offene Bemühungen russischer Regierungsstellen und Staatsmedien, Eingriffe von Außenstehenden sowie bezahlte Nutzer der sozialen Netzwerke.
Trump ließ nach einem Treffen mit den Geheimdienstchefs offen, ob er deren Einschätzung teilt. Er erklärte, dass es auch Angriffe auf den Parteivorstand der Republikaner gegeben habe. Diese seien jedoch nicht erfolgreich gewesen. „Krasse Nachlässigkeit des Demokratischen Nationalkomitees ließ Hacking zu“, twitterte Trump dazu in der Nacht auf Sonnabend. „Das Republikanische Nationalkomitee hatte eine starke Abwehr!“
Obama äußerte sich besorgt darüber, dass Republikaner und Fernsehjournalisten zuletzt eher Aussagen von Putin als jenen von US-Politikern der Demokratischen Partei Glauben geschenkt hätten. „Wir müssen uns daran erinnern, dass wir im selben Team sind“, sagte Obama dem Sender ABC News. „Wladimir Putin ist nicht in unserem Team.“
Trump erklärte, die Demokraten führten die Debatte über die Angriffe, um von ihrer Niederlage abzulenken. „Sie wurden bei der Wahl klar besiegt. Ich habe mehr Bezirke gewonnen als Ronald Reagan“, sagte er. „Das ist ihnen sehr peinlich. Zu einem gewissen Grad ist es eine Hexenjagd. Sie fokussieren sich da drauf.“

ECS Expands LIVA mini-PC Family with Z-Series at CES 2017

NewsHubECS has announced a number of ultra-compact form-factor (UCFF) PCs in the LIVA family at CES 2017. These build upon the success enjoyed by the LIVA brand over the last couple of years. The LIVA Z family being demonstrated at the show has three members — the Z and ZE are based on the Apollo Lake SoC platform, while the Z Plus is based on Kaby Lake-U. Details of the LIVA Z became public in November , and, today, we got the chance to see that, as well as the ZE and Z Plus in action.
The specifications of the three PCs are summarized in the table below. The main differences to note between the Z and ZE models are the availability of four COM ports (RS232) and a 2.5″ drive slot in the latter. The Z Plus is a completely different platform.
Traditionally, the LIVA series PCs have had one of the smallest footprints of all the mini-PCs belonging to the UCFF category. With the new Z-series LIVAs, ECS seems to have gone in for slightly larger PCBs (115 x 111mm, as compared to 101.6 x 101.6mm for the NUCs). Fortunately, the larger footprint has enabled ECS to put in dual LAN ports in all the models.
The Z Plus needs a 65W adapter due to the 15W Kaby Lake-U processor. The ZE, despite sharing the same platform as the Z for the most part, needs more power for the 2.5″ drive.
ECS folks at the suite were not able to confirm whether the Z-Plus has a LSPCon for HDMI 2.0 / 4Kp60 output and HDCP 2.2 support. This is essential for using the Z Plus as a 4K OTT streaming box with 4K Netflix support. We should be getting confirmation sometime next week, and we eventually plan to post a hands-on review when the unit releases towards the end of this quarter.
On the other hand, the four COM ports in the LIVA ZE as well as its fanless nature should lend itself to industrial use-cases.
The industrial design and I/O organization for the LIVA Z and LIVA Z Plus are quite similar, as can be seen in the above galleries. The ZE model is thicker, as it has to accommodate four extra COM ports as well as a 2.5″ drive slot inside the chassis.
In addition, ECS also announced the LIVA XE, an upgrade over the existing LIVA x2 (which uses an Intel Celeron N3050 SoC). The LIVA XE uses a Celeron J3060 , which has a higher burst clock. The form-factor and I/Os are similar, except that the XE dispenses with the digital microphone input.
ECS also showed off some of their latest motherboards in the suite. These included the B350AM4-M uATX board with the AMD B350 chipset, and a couple of Z270 boards ith Intel Optane support.

The company has introduced new laptops, hybrids and even a monitor, and says there are more product announcements to come at the show. But arguably one of its biggest announcements at CES is the debut of the XPS 13 2-in-1 hybrid laptop. The computer, which is available now with a starting price of $1,000, features an edge-to-edge display and thin design. The XPS 13 ships with an Intel Core i5 CPU and Windows 10 Home, which is fine for consumers, but an optional seventh-generation Intel Core i7 processor, Windows 10 Pro and impressive battery life makes the XPS 13 suitable for enterprise users as well. Plus, it supports Dell’s stylus, putting it in direct competition with other prominent computers such as Microsoft’s Surface Book. By nearly all measures, the Dell XPS 13 is a strong competitor to many notebooks and hybrids on the market today. Western Digital SSDs are back in black

NewsHubSolid-state drives employing the cutting-edge NVMe protocol don’t come cheap. People who can make use of the performance increase over traditional SATA SSDs are starting to get more budget-friendly options, however. Western Digital is putting its WD Black PCIe SSD out into the market, and its aggressive pricing might make more than a few shoppers look twice.
The Black PCIe is an M.2 NVMe drive available in 256GB and 512GB capacities. Like similar SSDs, it’s a single-sided M.2 2280 gumstick that’s equally at home in thin laptops and full-sized desktops.
The 512GB WD Black is capable of sequential read speeds up to 2,050 MB/s and sequential writes up to 800 MB/s. In random reads, the drive can hit 170K IOPS, and 134K IOPS doing random writes. The 256GB WD Black trails the larger capacity model by a little. It can reach sequential reads speeds up to 2,050 MB/s and do sequential writes at up to 700 MB/s. In random reads, the smaller model is capable of 170K IOPS, and can go up to 130K IOPS doing random writes.
While those numbers aren’t quite as high as those advertised for Samsung’s 960 EVO M.2 SSD , Western Digital is pricing these drives lower than Samsung’s direct competitor. The 256GB model will sell for $110, and the 512GB model should set you back $200. The WD Black drives are available for preorder now through Western Digital’s website. The company expects to ship preorders on Valentine’s Day, and backs the drives with a five-year warranty.

У відомстві зазначають, що до відновлення енергопостачання було залучено бригади обленерго.

Терористи "ДНР" обмежили ввезення продуктів з української сторони

NewsHubТерористи так званої «ДНР» обмежили ввезення продуктів громадянами з української сторони до 50 кг на одну людину, сказано в звіті Спеціальної моніторингової місії ОБСЄ в Донбасі.
Згідно з ним, представник прикордонної служби України повідомив ОБСЄ, що в листопаді 2016 року максимально допустиму вагу продуктів, дозволених для ввезення на непідконтрольні території, було збільшено з 50 до 75 кг на одну людину.
Однак пізніше на блокпосту «ДНР» спостерігачі зафіксували кілька автомобілів у черзі на в’їзд і виїзд.
«Озброєний представник «ДНР» розповів місії, що кожен громадянин не може провезти понад 50 кг продуктів в підконтрольні «ДНР» райони», — йдеться в повідомленні.
Нагадаємо, Головне управління розвідки Міністерства оборони України повідомило, що бойовики так званого «9-го окремого штурмового мотострілецького полку морської піхоти» (Новоазовськ) 1 АК (Донецьк) ЗС РФ» зіткнулися з нестачею продовольства, води і дров. Тому вони погрожували місії ОБСЄ, вимагаючи продовольства.
Раніше НВ повідомляло, що спостерігачі Спеціальної моніторингової місії ОБСЄ зафіксували значне збільшення кількості вибухів в Донецькій області.

Суд дозволив затримати Януковича за тиск на митрополита УПЦ, — ЗМІ

NewsHubСуд дозволив затримати колишнього президента України Віктора Януковича та колишнього главу МВС Віталія Захарченка за незаконне позбавлення волі помічника митрополита Володимира Олександра Драбинка.

«Печерський суд Києва дав дозвіл на затримання екс-президента Віктора Януковича і колишнього міністра внутрішніх справ Віталія Захарченка у «церковній справі», — йдеться у повідомленні.
Зазначають, що 3 січня суд за клопотанням слідчого Генпрокуратури дозволив затримати Януковича, ухвалив аналогічне рішення щодо Захарченка, а також дав дозвіл на затримання Валерія Коряка – колишнього начальника київської міліції.
«Слідчий ГПУ повідомив, що підозрювані переховуються від слідства і суду. Щоб уникнути знищення доказів та впливу на потерпілих, свідків та експертів, слідчий вважає, що підозрюваних треба затримати і привести до суду для призначення їм запобіжного заходу у вигляді тримання під вартою», — пише видання.
Захарченко, Янукович і Коряк підозрюються у незаконному позбавлення волі Олександра Драбинка – особистого помічника нині покійного Предстоятеля Української православної церкви Митрополита Київського і всієї України Володимира. Слідчі вважають, що Янукович та його оточення тиснули на покійного митрополита, щоб змусити зректися престолу.
Підозрюваним у цій справі є також народний депутат від «Опозиційного блоку» Вадим Новинський, з якого 8 грудня 2016 року було знято депутатську недоторканність. Ще двоє підозрюваних – командир та заступник СБСМ «Грифон» ГУМВС України в м. Києві. Інформації щодо дозволу на затримання решти фігурантів поки немає.

Порошенко доповіли про ситуацію з негодою

NewsHubСитуація в областях, де спостерігається ускладнення погодних умов, стабільна. В обласних центрах громадський транспорт працює у звичайному режимі. Про це Президенту Петру Порошенку доповів керівник Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій Микола Чечоткін, повідомляє прес-служба глави держави.
За словами Чечоткіна, на цей час спостерігаються незначні ускладнення на дорогах місцевого значення. Всіх, хто потребує допомоги, працівники ДСНС евакуюють і розміщують у точках обігріву в найближчих населених пунктах.
У координації з Міністерством регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства ДСНС також залучена до ліквідації великої аварії тепломережі в Приморському районі міста Одеси. Там 35 будинків залишаються без тепла. На місці аварії працюють кілька аварійних бригад.
Раніше повідомлялося, що через негоду в Дніпропетровській, Кіровоградській, Миколаївській, Одеській та Херсонській областях обмежено рух транспорту

Негода в Україні: закриті траси в п'яти областях

NewsHubУ Дніпропетровській, Кіровоградській, Миколаївській, Одеській та Херсонській областях через негоду обмежено рух для всіх категорій транспортних засобів, повідомляють у Державній службі з надзвичайних ситуацій України.
В Одеській області з 18:00 7 січня обмежено рух на всіх автодорогах загального користування державного і місцевого значення області (дороги Київ — Одеса де обмежено рух тільки великогабаритних транспортних засобів).
У Дніпропетровській області обмежено рух для всіх категорій транспортних засобів на ділянці дороги М-23 Кіровоград-Кривий Ріг-Запоріжжя; в Кіровоградській і Миколаївській областях — на всіх автодорогах загального користування державного і місцевого значення. На Херсонщині обмежено рух вантажівок на автодорозі М-14 Одеса-Мелітополь-Новоазовськ від 177 до 207 км (від кордону з Миколаївською областю в Херсон).
За інформацією Мінінфраструктури, залізничні вокзали і аеропорти країни працюють у звичайному режимі.
Також повідомляється, що в суботу через негоду знеструмлено 31 населений пункт у чотирьох областях: Одеській — 22 н.п., Херсонській — 1 н.п., Миколаївській — 7 н.п., Волинській — 1 н.п. До відновлення енергопостачання залучено бригади обленерго.
В Україні оголосили штормове попередження
Раніше вдень повідомлялося, що в Одеській області на трасі Одеса-Рені через негоду в заторі застрягли близько 35 автомобілів з 70 людьми.
