A man was killed after his car hit a tree and burst into flames early Saturday in Osceola County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The man, whose name has not been released, was driving south on Ham Brown Road in a 2015 Nissan about 2:45 a.m. when he drove off the road near Reaves Road, troopers said.
The area is just outside Poinciana.
Troopers are waiting for the medical examiner to identify the driver, Montes said.
