Uncanny Experience convention dates run September 16-17, 2023, and promises to be part X-Men comic con and part Instagrammable roleplaying event, featuring Chris Claremont and the cast of Disney Plus’ upcoming X-Men cartoon.
Next year X-Men fans can convene in Minneapolis to attend panels, photo ops, and meet and greets with real X-Men celebrities — while also playing around in a setting modeled after the Xavier School itself.
The Uncanny Experience is the inaugural event of Giant-Size Productions — which is unaffiliated with Marvel Entertainment — and it promises to transform the stately architecture of the Minneapolis Club with “unique immersion elements in a historic X-Mansion-like environment.
