東京都の小池百合子知事と民進党が夏の都議選に向けて、選挙協力の協議を始めることで合意していたことが８日、民進関係者への取材で分かった。小池氏は自身が設立した政治塾などから３０～４０人規模の擁立を目指しており、民進と候補者調整を進める。 都議選は全４２選挙区あり、それぞれ定数が１～８。民進は既に、３６人の候補予定者に公認を決めているが、千代田や中央など定数１の選挙区のほか、小池氏が衆院議員時代に地盤としてきた豊島など一部は空白区となっている。 関係者によると、小池氏と民進幹部が昨年末に会談し、選挙協力の協議に入ることで合意。民進の馬淵澄夫選対委員長が今後、小池氏側と具体的な調整を進めるとみられる。定数が少ない選挙区で候補者を一本化することなどを想定しているという。
サッカーの元日本代表でＪ１、横浜Ｆ・マリノスのミッドフィルダー、中村俊輔選手がジュビロ磐田に移籍することが決まりました。 これは、８日午後、両チームが発表しました。 中村選手は１９９７年に当時の横浜マリノスに入団し、２００２年からイタリアやスコットランドなどの海外のリーグでプレーしたあと、２０１０年にＦ・マリノスに復帰しました。 Ｊリーグでの１３シーズンはＦ・マリノス一筋で不動の司令塔を務め、中村選手はチームの象徴的な選手としてファンに愛されてきました。 今回の移籍について、Ｆ・マリノスの利重孝夫本部長は中村選手の意向を尊重したものだったとしたうえで「チームを改革する中で、そのやり方が必ずしも選手にとって望ましい形ではなかったのかもしれない。誠心誠意、慰留してきたが、あってはいけないことだった」と述べ無念さをにじませました。 中村選手は８日午後、取材に応じ、「Ｆ・マリノスの背番号１０を脱ぎたくはなかったが、チームの運営方針などが変化する中で自分のバランスが崩れていった。現役生活は長くないので純粋にボールを追いかけたいし信頼を感じながらサッカーをしたかった」と移籍の理由を話しました。そのうえでファンに対して「直接報告できないのは申し訳ない。本当にありがとうございました」と感謝の気持ちを述べました。
８日午前４時５５分ごろ、京都府宇治市槇島町の京滋バイパス下り線の宇治西インターチェンジ（ＩＣ）付近で、軽乗用車が下り線を約２００メートル逆走し、ワゴン車と正面衝突した。軽乗用車を運転していた同府宇治田原町の男性（２２）と、ワゴン車に乗っていた６～８６歳の男女７人にけがはなかった。府警は、軽乗用車が誤って出口から進入したとみている。 府警高速隊によると、軽乗用車は宇治西ＩＣの下り線出口から進入したとみられる。ワゴン車には千葉市の男性（４４）と家族が乗っており、徳島県へ行く途中だったという。 この事故で、約２時間４５分にわたり、現場付近の下り線２車線のうち１車線が通行止めとなった。

新潟県糸魚川市の大規模火災で店舗が全焼した老舗料亭「鶴来家（つるぎや）」が８日、営業再開の第一歩を踏み出した。仮店舗で作った弁当２６食を、えちごトキめき鉄道（同県上越市）が運行するリゾート列車「雪月花」に届けた。 雪月花は土日祝日を中心に運行されており、車窓から日本海などの景色を眺めながら食事が楽しめるのが売りだ。鶴来家は昨年４月から雪月花に弁当を届けてきた。店主の青木孝夫さん（６６）は、老舗の味を楽しみに予約した客のため、店舗再開に先駆け、弁当を作り始めることを決意した。 青木さんは搬入を終えた後、列車のそばに立ち、乗車する客に深々と頭を下げた。「新生鶴来家の第一歩。いよいよこれから、という気持ち」と話した。店舗での営業再開の見通しはまだ立っていない。（狩野浩平）
