Samsung’s upcoming budget smartphone the Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) was recently spotted on a Russian Retailer’s website. The leaked listing revealed the specifications and other details of the rumored device.
From a while a lot of leaks are coming about the new Samsung Galaxy J2, a few days back complete specifications of the smartphone was leaked, but at that time they were not confirmed, and today we are back again with some new and crispy information about the Galaxy J2(2018).
Recently the device got listed on a Russian retailer’s website due to which its specifications got leaked including the price so let’s dig a bit deep into this information.
Samsung Galaxy J2-series is a smartphone series that is targeted to the budget customers. Samsung maintains the sale of this smartphone worldwide as the demand for low priced devices is always more than that of the Flagships. Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425(64 bit) Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.4Ghz coupled with 1.5GB of RAM along with an Adreno 308 GPU. It will offer 16GB of internal storage which will be expandable up to 64GB’s via SD-card.
It is a Dual-SIM smartphone and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box. In the front, there is a 5.0(inch) qHD Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. In the Camera section you will find an 8MP snapper with LED Flash, and in the front, a 5MP camera will be there with LED Flash.
The device houses a 2600mAh battery with a USB 2.0 port for charging. The device has a polycarbonate design and this time speaker grill is present beside the camera module. It will be made available in Gold and Black colors, and the listed price is 7990 Rubles which converts to $138/8,990 INR.
