After about six months with the iPhone 15 Pro, I don’t think there’s anything Apple could do to make me upgrade to the iPhone 16.
It’s crazy to think that we’re already only about six months away from the launch of the iPhone 16. After six months with the iPhone 15 Pro, I’ve started thinking about whether or not I’ll be planning to upgrade when the next one comes out in September.
While I’m sure Apple will have some incremental updates for the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro, there’s nothing in the rumor mill so far that makes me think that I’ll have any need to upgrade from my incredibly awesome and almost-perfect iPhone 15 Pro.
What’s even coming with the iPhone 16 Pro?
There seems to be a decent amount that we know about what’s to come with the iPhone 16 Pro. According to the most recent rumors, the screen size of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are expected to get a little bigger, growing from 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches to 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches. The bezels of the new phones are expected to once again get even smaller.
The iPhone 16 Pro’s OLED display is expected to be a little brighter, and Apple might also opt for a vertically aligned camera module this time around, a move to help them shoot spatial video to be watched on the Vision Pro headset.
